We are interested in using the app for the FAQ function on our website and I wanted to know if the product is still supported and if anything new is being developed for it. Thank you.

Yes, we are still supporting BearHug. We have not made any major updates in several months, however we have recently started the planning and discussion for the next iterations. We expect updates to begin later this year with some significant updates going forward based on customer feedback.
